I hope they and other Japanese devs/publishers make more titles go to PC. Major examples: Valkyria Chronicles series, some ATLUS titles, Total War franchise, Yakuza series, etc. Then, more often than not, the sales figures end up directly on the fence in terms of success/failure so neither they nor we ever know if a localized franchise is successful or is on the cutting block. It's all cult-following more than anything. I know they save so much money on PR they can offer a substantial pre-order or Day One discount (which is great for the cost-conscious consumer), but for most game titles, wouldn't even know they are being released unless players are actively following a title. Hope you guys are excited! Here's a trailer/montage. Sega's modern ad campaigns for any given title (at least in North America) is them logging into Twitter or YouTube and making a post/video like, 'Hey, we're releasing soon. Fortunately, releasing titles on multiple platforms-including PC-is one of their new strategies (and why Lost Judgement and the future of its sequels was such a big setback because the main actor didn't want his likeness to be on PC). Sega uses so little money on marketing and PR that they would benefit immensely from being simply ubiquitous on every platform.
